I didn't know where to post this, but it can go in here

I am back

have been in the hospital because of MI reasons.

I won't go in to it too much right now, but it was quite bad (I am sure a lot of you might know what i'm talking about)

I am out now

not doing great, but I am recovering, slowly, (I hope)

The hospital is always a hard experience. How long did it last?

Hi Ophelia, welcome back.
A few weeks ago you seemed a little hyper, were you heading manic?

I hope things are settling down for you again.

That's true.

How are you feeling now?

a little depressed and a tiny bit suicidal.

but I think that has a lot to doo with christmas being over, and now everything's just normal again.

I struggle a lot around new year's eve as well- with feelings of hatred and self loathing, and I know that date's coming up

I'm sorry :? I handle new year's poorly too, I'm thinking of staying home because it's the drinking alcohol season.

Are you thinking about suicide as an idea or developing plans?
The first option is rather natural when we feel lonely this time of year, best to try and get a hold of your pdoc if you can. Second option, please check in at a hospital at least until the celebrations are over.

You mentioned you feel really lonely this time of year, how about doing something good for yourself that night?
