Hello members. I'm a 42 year old male with BP II, OCD, ADHD, and probably other undiagnosed disorders.

I'm tired, overwhelmed, and just plain fed up.

I don't feel that I am very good at conveying my thoughts into words, but I will give it a go.

Hopefully, I can contribute here and be supportive to someone else too.

Thanks!

I think you'll do fine, Grand. Welcome.

GrandWazzo,

Welcome to the forum. I am sure you will fit in. Share what you like when you like.
Snowflakes gently floating from the sky just dusting the ground. Then it picks up bigger fatter flakes cascading from space at a faster rate. From a dusting to a trace. Then the deluge comes. Oh what joy. Watching everything slow to a crawl, then a stop. Step outside and even with things moving it is quiet. It is a giant muffler the earth is wearing. Causing everything to be muted. To be calm.

Hi GW!.........You're def in the right group......most of us have all kinds of brain cooties.... :)

I'm tired, overwhelmed, and just plain fed up.

We get that too........if you look around, you'll find our Rant Forum. Feel free to get things off your chest if you need to.
