Well I took benadryl last night for my akathisia and I slept great for the first time in months. I feel like a whole new person today.

Also, I've made some progress on my job hunt. I meet with a recruiter next week for hr/admin jobs and I emailed my old agency and they said they have an opportunity for me to be a receptionist in the outpatient clinic. I left there on great terms so it's good to know I can go back. I just don't want to do direct care in behavioral health anymore. It's too exhausting. Been getting a lot of phone calls from recruiters for mental health. Told them I'm not interested.

So anyway, I'm making progress and I'm happy that my moods are stable even through all the stress, anxiety and lack of sleep

What a difference a day makes! :D Great to hear it.

You're right to stick to the more modest jobs, at least for now.
