Triggered or not?

What are your triggers? People, places, smells, or sounds? Have you learned how to set your boundaries? Or do you know what your boundaries are?

I'm usually triggered into mania but not into depression. The triggers for mania are sometimes bad news. For instance, when I was laid off from my job. Also, When Donald Trump was elected. I've never become triggered when I've gone on trips, which of course are exciting and full of anticipation. How about you?

Bad stuff happening triggers me. I dealt with a lot of shit in my life and instead of becoming stronger now I get triggered. Sucks and I isolate a lot because of it, but I think therapy helps.
Donald Trump triggers me too.

Yes Trump triggers me for sure.

But music triggers me and dreams if that makes sense.

Also malls puts me in a mania where I want to spend spend spend, so I hightail it out of there.
