Interesting, thanks for posting
When I go fishing, it is not really fish that I am after. It is a philosophic meditation.

Four or five years ago I looked into the gene connection and only a couple were associated with BP. By now there are many. Just a short while ago I heard they have discovered several proteins also.

Geek explanation. Genes of course carry hereditary information. There are various ways in which they are expressed or not expressed, depending on both genetic and environmental conditions. As Wikipedia notes, "Proteins are assembled from amino acids using information encoded in genes." Interestingly, it is their various shapes that determine what they do. (Shape as communication. Hmmm. I guess it's like the way men are attracted to the sight of women's bodies, which is the foundation of the porn industry. Ladies, please do not take offense at the facts of science. :geek: )

Greatly, have suffered greatly, both with those
That loved me, and alone.
